Manifesto : Turning Europe’s climate objectives into an industrial reality
Decarbonization, reindustrialization and strategic autonomy are increasingly understood as 3 inseparable pillars of European policies. Carbon-free hydrogen is expected to become a key component in building these three pillars. Transforming the current trial requires rapid and coordinated implementation of the tools necessary to realize our ambitions and build a sustainably sovereign manufacturing industry based on hydrogen technologies.

As the European elections scheduled in France on June 9 approach, France Hydrogène makes 5 recommendations:
- Continue the decarbonization effort by providing support for the uses of hydrogen
- Act on reindustrialization levers and structure the value chain
- Guarantee energy and industrial sovereignty
- Orientate financing tools to help the sector take off and enable Final Investment Decisions (FID) to be made
- Establish real governance of the industry at European level
